  • Healthy diet means balanced diet.  Healthy diet improves our metabolic system and also develops immunodeficiency in our body. Healthy diet reduces the risk of many chronic diseases. Basic steps include eating at least five portions of fruits and vegetables daily, prefer meals on high- fiber, whole-grain carbohydrates and including sources of lean protein and healthy fats. It is very important to stay hydrated with water, less intake of salt, sugar and unhealthy fats.
